Here’s how a private session with Jill works:
Bring a camera. After an assessment of your needs and the time you have to practice, Jill will ‘prescribe’ a practice for you to do at home. We’ll take photographs of the sequence and write out instructions together.
Pay in advance for a group of sessions and recieve 10% off - minimum group of 10.
Bring a friend, the price stays the same. Financial needs are taken into account with a sliding scale.
Your private sessions can focus on physical postures, how to support better communication between your mind and body, understanding both mind and body, meditation instruction/advice – all or one – you choose.
The most important aspect of these sessions is that they are for you - to fascilitate your awareness, harness your mind's potential, offer you tools for your own growth, freedom and empowerment. We'll utilize mindfulness in the body as a way of practicing meditation, whether in stillness or in motion. You'll experience the body as a wonderful reflection of your mind and heart.
Private sessions are excellent for anyone living with chronic pain or illness, PTSD or any kind of trauma. Together we can work with what you are dealing with and develop a variety of tools to work with what your life holds.
Cost: The first session is 1 and 1/2 hours: cost $150 ( $175 in your home). For 4 or more sessions, the cost is $ 145, 8 or more sessions for $140.
Professional Consultations:
To be coached in setting up a something similar to the School for Compassionate Action in your community or business you may call Jill at 718 522 5526.
Sessions can be held on the phone, via skpye or in person. Fee for first session $125 ( one and a half hours) , thereafter $100
Mentoring in Person or via the phone:
If you are a dedicated yoga and meditation student and would like to have Jill as a personal mentor to help guide you, please email: jill@vajrayoga.com with a description of your practices and what you are hoping to gain. You need not to have completed a 200 hour training with Jill, but a minimum of one workshop or retreat is necessary to become a mentee. We can utilize Skype for this as well, so you can call from anywhere in the world!
One hour sessions: cost for first session:$125, thereafter $100

Mind & Body Phone Counseling:
For those of you who live outside of New York City, or if you are unable to travel - Jill is available to help out over the phone. Counseling sessions involve meditation practices and visualization techniques to help you help yourself with emotional issues, physical issues and illness. If you have access to Skype, we can talk and see each other at the same time, and you can call from anywhere that you live.
Cost for the first session - one and a half hour: $125, $100 thereafter per hour session.
